Cost effective for the simplest hot runner applications

The temperature control devices R110 for one 10A zone to R1216 for twelve 16A zones provide access to the hot runner multi-circuit controller system. The control devices are equipped with a single SC500 controller per zone.

The standard equipment includes obvious features such as heating ramp, manual mode, safety shut-off in case of excess temperature, etc. The 4 pin + PE connector design for 1 and 2 zones as well as 10 pin and above from 3 zones onwards can also be customised on request.
